1. How can I place an order on Vinza.pk?

Placing an order is simple:

  1. Browse our collection and select your desired products.
  2. Choose the size and quantity, then click "Add to Cart."
  3. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and choose a payment method.
  4. Confirm your order, and you will receive a confirmation email.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. However, international orders require online payment via debit/credit card.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:
✅ Cash on Delivery (Pakistan only)
✅ Easypaisa / JazzCash
✅ Bank Transfer
✅ Debit/Credit Card (for online & international orders)
✅ Western Union (for international customers)

4. What are the delivery charges?

📦 Within Pakistan:

  • Rs.100 delivery charges for up to 2 dresses
  • FREE delivery on 3 or more dresses

✈️ International Shipping:

  • Charges vary by country and parcel weight. You can check the exact rates at checkout.

5. How long does delivery take?

  • Within Pakistan: 4-7 working days
  • International Orders: 8-12 working days

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it after receiving it. To cancel, contact us at +92 302 0651095 or contact.vinzapk@gmail.com.

8. What is your return and exchange policy?

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 working days after receiving the returned item.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver worldwide! International shipping charges apply based on your country and parcel weight. Import duties and taxes (including VAT) may apply upon arrival, which must be paid by the customer.
